Although we take steps to verify the credentials of our listed service professionals, we make no guarantees or representations about the service professionals’ skills or quality, the job they may perform, or the fee they may charge.
GMJ Construction does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular service professional. It is your decision whether to enter into a direct contract with a service professional, and we do not guarantee or warrant their performance or the outcome of the services performed.
The service professionals are not employees or agents of GMJ Construction. GMJ Construction is not responsible for any services requested by you. Your rights under contracts with service professionals are governed by the terms of those contracts and applicable laws. Disputes must be addressed with the service professional directly.
GMJ CONSTRUCTION MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROFESSIONALS, AND GMJ CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE REGARDING THE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGALITY, OR OTHER CHARACTERISTICS OF SUCH PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, AND THE CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROFESSIONAL IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH OFFERS OR SALES.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold GMJ Construction, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers harmless from and against all claims, demands, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the website, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

You may not assign this Agreement or any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement or any of our rights or obligations under this Agreement at any time without notice to you. No waiver by GMJ Construction of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Any heading, caption, or section title contained in this Agreement is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof.
