Solutions & Strategy

Design & Planning:
- Collaborated with architect and engineer to finalize a new floor plan, structural system, and layout optimized for indoor-outdoor living.
- Submitted plans and coordinated approvals with the City of Sunnyvale.
Construction Phases:
- Demolished the existing structure except for one retained wall.
- Poured a new foundation with radiant heating infrastructure.
- Framed an open-layout single-story home with mid-century modern lines, exposed beams, and clerestory windows.
- Installed energy-efficient systems, including new HVAC, electrical, roofing, plumbing, and insulation.
Interior Finish:
- Custom kitchen with flat-panel cabinetry, quartz counters, and integrated appliances.
- Large-format tile bathrooms with floating vanities and minimalist fixtures.
- White oak flooring throughout and smooth level 5 walls for a gallery-like interior.
