The homeowners had long dreamed of updating their beloved Eichler while maintaining its signature mid-century character.     • Designed and permitted new ADU and ensuite additions while staying true to the home’s structure.

    • Reconfigured interior walls for improved flow between private and common areas.

  • Interior Finishes:

    • Custom Eichler-style kitchen with clean white cabinetry, flat-panel fronts, and quartz counters.

    • New bathrooms with floating vanities, tiled walk-in showers, and matte black hardware.

    • Installed European oak flooring and integrated lighting throughout.

  • Exterior Enhancements:

    • Replaced siding, updated the roof, and painted the full exterior.

    • Installed drought-tolerant landscaping and new fencing for privacy.

    • Upgraded electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and insulation to modern code.
