GMJ Construction did a project for us that started in January this year. I found Uriel on GMB. Initially, I asked Joseph to give me a quote on drywall repair and painting. We noticed water damage in one of our rooms and we wanted to get it fixed. Lesson for all homeowners, once you open a wall you have no idea what's behind it. It was like being one of those people on HGTV where you kept finding more damage. A project that we thought was going to be drywall repair in one room turned into Re-Siding the whole exterior of the home. There was water damage throughout the house and our deck had termite damage. To my surprise, Joseph informed me that he would be able to do the whole project. Hs work went beyond drywall and painting. For a project that was this big, it was difficult getting contractors to come out and even provide a quote. We decided to go with Joseph. The project included: - Drywall and paint in one of our bedrooms - Install new wood flooring in that bedroom - Demo of old wood siding on exterior - Replaced nearly all windows on exterior of the house - Add Insulation and Waterproof layer to the exterior walls - Stucco Siding and Paint on Exterior of the House - Replace Electrical Panel - Patch up and paint drywall in certain rooms of the house that had damage as a result of the demo of the siding - Install two new exterior decks in the backyard. Overall, my wife and I are very satisfied with the work and service provided by Joseph and GMJ Construction. I thought GMJ Construction did a great job on our project.
